Is Zepey really free?

As of right now, Zepey is completly free. I do not know what the future brings for Zepey. Someday I may need funding if I run out of storage space and someday I might stop accepting free accounts. Maybe there will be a fee for large accounts however, if you join now you will forever have at least 2gb free even if this changes in the future.

Is there an upload limit?

My hosts only allows 64 MB to be uploaded. There is no way to change this at this time.

64 MB is the total amount of all attached files, not just any single file.

Is there an download limit?

You can share and download as much as you want.

Unlike other online storage sites, I do not limit the size of the downloads to 10 MB. If you uploaded it, you can download it

Can I upload many files at once?

When you upload a zip file you may click on this image . All files in the main directory of the zip file will be added to the current note. Sub directories will not be added.

If you need software for zip files here is a free one call 7zip however, Zepey will not troubleshoot 7zip issues.

What happens when I reach my 2 GB limit?

A note will be displayed that you can not upload anymore. If you would like to upload more then you need to remove some files.

Are my files safe online?

Yes, no one can access your files unless you share them or give your password out.

All files are backed up daily so in the event of a hard disk error on our system, files will be restored at no cost to you. Thats the benifit of online storage!

Can I upload anything I want?

Yes, you may upload anything as long as it is not against the law in your country or in the United States.

Can I share pornographic material

You may not share any sort of sexual content. You may upload pornographic material as long as it is legal but you can not share it.

We do this to prevent spammers using zepey's free service as an add tool. Any account that is sharing sexual content may be deleted without warning.

I uploaded a video but it is not playing

As of now, there is only support for mp4's. More will come in the future

I uploaded music files but they are not playing in the music player

This may be an issue with your local network and streaming of music. This is a known issues and I am working on find the source of the problem.

What happens if I do not log into my account for a long time?

If you do not log into your account for one year, a message will be sent to the email on file notify you that the account will be deleted if no one logs in.

If I delete a file on accident, how can I recover it?

If you want to recover a file I can attempt to do it for a fee. My hosting solution charges me a fee so I will have to pass that on to you.

In the future I will be adding a trash can feature that will be emptied after 30 days

How can I remove my account?

Curently there is no way to remove your acount without waiting one year.

You may delete all of your notes and wait one year. After then you will not be able to log in
